Zipperer replaces Hopper on JFC

Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald announced this morning that Sen. Rich Zipperer, R-Pewaukee, will replace departed Sen. Randy Hopper, R-Fond du Lac, on the Joint Finance Committee.
Hopper lost his recall election earlier this month, leaving an opening on the committee.
